Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Three Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Dollars ($3,250,220.00) in the form of a grant, Boston MPO Surplus FY26 Community Connections Grant Program, awarded by the MA Metropolitan Area Planning Council to be administered by the Transportation Department. The grant would fund support for new e-bikes and spare batteries for the bikeshare system.
