Message and order for a supplemental appropriation Order for the Public Health Commission for FY25 in the amount of Twenty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Eight Dollars ($29,378.00) to cover the three FY25 cost items contained within the collective bargaining agreements between the Public Health Commission (PHC) and the SEIU Local 888, Clerical Technical Unit. The term of the contract is October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2027. The major provisions of the contract include base wage increases of 2% in January 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027, with a 1.5% base wage increases of in January of 2022; and flat amount additions of $500.00, $250.00, $500.00 and $800.00 to be added in January 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027, after the percent increases. The contract also includes new steps and an increase in longevity pay.
