On the message and order, referred on October 9, 2024, Docket #1508, at the recommendation of the Chair of the Board of Election Commissioners, I hereby transmit for the approval of your Honorable Body an Order fixing the date of the 2025 Preliminary Municipal Election as September 9, 2025, the committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to pass.
The report was accepted; the order was passed.
