Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Three Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Five Dollars ($344,335.00) in the form of a grant, for the Federal FY26 Senior Companion Program, awarded by AmeriCorps to be administered by the Age Strong Commission. The grant will fund administration of the Senior Companion Program, including reimbursement for travel and meals plus stipend for volunteers who provide companionship to homebound and frail seniors.
