On motion of Councilor FitzGerald, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilors Flynn and Murphy as original co-sponsors.
On motion of Councilors FitzGerald, Flynn and Murphy, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted: yeas 11 (Breadon, Culpepper, Durkan, FitzGerald, Flynn, Mejia, Murphy, Pepén, Santana, Weber, Worrell), not present 1 (Coletta Zapata), absent 1 (Louijeune).
