Title: Message and order for a supplemental appropriation Order for the FY25 appropriation order for the Public Health Commission for FY25 in the amount of Fifty-Five Six Hundred Six Dollars ($55,606.00) to cover the FY25 cost items contained within the collective bargaining agreement between the Public Health Commission (PHC) and the SEIU Local 888, Counselor Unit. The term of the contract is October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2027. The major provisions of the contract include base wage increase of 2% in January of 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027; and flat amount additions of $500.00, $250.00, $900.00, and $800.00 to be added in January of 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027, after the percent increases.
