Councilor Lara called Docket #0823, message and order for the confirmation of the appointment of Jack Nelson, as a member of the Building Emissions Reduction and Disclosure (BERDO) Review Board for a term expiring April 24, 2026, from the Committee on Environmental Justice, Resiliency and Parks.
No objection being heard, the matter was before the body.
On motion of Councilor Lara, the appointment was confirmed.
