Resolution in support of a COLA base increase for City of Boston retirees.
On motion of Councilors Weber and Santana, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilor Flynn as an original co-sponsor.
On motion of Councilors Weber, Santana and Flynn the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted; yeas 12, absent 1 (Worrell).
