Message and order authorizing the City of Boston to accept and expend the amount of Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000.00) in the form of a Grant, for the RAISE: Roxbury Resilient grant, awarded by the United States Department of Transportation-National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, passed through the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, to be administered by the Transportation Department. The grant will fund a project to reconstruct and upgrade three corridors in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston.
