Resolution to extend best wishes to Muslims in Boston, Massachusetts, the United States, and worldwide, for a joyous and meaningful observance of Ramadan, a holy month of prayer, fasting, charity, and reflection.
On motion of Councilor Fernandes Anderson, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted.
