Title: Message and order for a supplemental appropriation order for the Public Health Commission for FY26 in the amount of Three Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Eight Dollars ($347,178.00) to cover the FY26 cost items contained within the collective bargaining agreements between the Public Health Commission and SEIU, Local 1199. The term of the contracts span October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2027. The major provisions of the contracts include base wage increases of 2% to be given in October of each year of the contract term, excluding FY22 where there is an increase of 1.5%. The agreement also includes adjustments to steps and other changes to pay structure. Referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
