Resolution calling for the Suffolk County Sheriff's Department to adopt critical-incident administrative leave standards in light of the Medical Examiner's homicide determination in the death of Shacoby Kenny.
On motion of Councilors Culpepper, Mejia, and Worrell, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted: yeas 11 (Breadon, Culpepper, FitzGerald, Flynn, Louijeune, Murphy, Mejia, Pepén, Santana, Weber, Worrell), present 1 (Durkan), absent 1 (Coletta Zapata).
