On motion of Councilor Murphy, Rule 12 was invoked to include Councilors FitzGerald and Flynn as original co-sponsors.
On motion of Councilors Murphy, FitzGerald, and Flynn, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted: yeas 12 (Breadon, Culpepper, Durkan, FitzGerald, Flynn, Louijeune, Mejia, Murphy, Pepén, Santana, Weber, Worrell), absent 1 (Coletta Zapata).
